хороший интерьер, внимательный персонал, удобное расположение в центре краснодара

интернет есть, WiFi работает и он бесплатный, но качество сигнала оставляет желать лучшего, в номере приходилось искать место с уверенным приемом. цена высоковата для краснодара.

Удобно расположен в центре. Есть бесплатный WI-FI в номере.

Высокая стоимость проживания. В номере холодно (на улице было +1). Матрас на кровати соответствует гостинице ниже статусом (две звезды).

средний отель, дорогой если платишь сам, для командировочных отлично,все равно платит компания. за эти деньги дороговато,т.к. номер скромный,отель скромный..материалы старого времени 2000е года. ну завтрак нормальный, для любителей пожрать..

Отзывчивый персонал, есть парковка, wi-fi и горячая вода.

запах в ванной, старая мебель, отель нуждается в обновлении, завтрак ни о чем, плохая шумоизоляция как от окон, так и от дверей.

отсутствие кресла в номере и всего 1 стул в 2-х местном номере, т.е. присесть вдвоем за столик невозможно

The personel are good.

Everything is extra payment. Sauna, pool are extra payment. Without using additional bed for kids, they want extra payment. So the price at booking.com is wrong

One of the most profesional and friendly hotel staff that I have met on my sixth visit to russia. Allmost all the hotel stuff is english speaking,from the front office to the 24h room service stuff and the hotels chef somthing you can not experience in russia. That is making you feel really comfortable .in a quite central and plesant location. I would highly recommend that hotel
