Минусы очень огромные-на сайте адрес один, а в реальности другой!!! В квартире не убрано, мебель старая- даже очень(кровать всю ночь делали). Бельё застиранное до не возможности!!! В ванной душ еле работает. все принадлежности нужно брать с собой. В общем цена не соответствует качеству(надо указывать, что это квартиры, а не гостевой дом!!!!!!!!!)
