отель новый.

не удобный подъезд.никто не помог с багажом(охраник молча наблюдал как мы по лестнице тащили 4 места багажа).нет тележки для багажа.персонал совершенно не обученный ничему.кухня отвратительная,завтраки скудные.официант не квалифицированный.с вечера договорились с администратором о продлении пребывания в отеле, утром повторили свою просьбу.получили подтверждение.уходя повесили на двери номера табличку "не входить",но когда вернулись в отель в 14.00 то с удивлением увидели, что номер открыт, вещи вынесены.администратор ничего не знает и не хочет знать.не понятно откуда у этого отеля 5 звезд?хуже сервиса не видели нигде.такое впечатление ,что персонал набрали с улицы никто нечего не знает и не умеет.

Абсолютно новый отель, отличный номер. Очень хороший, но и довольно дорогой, ресторан. Персонал отзывчивый и внимательный.

Все было просто замечательно. Как по мне, то этот отель намного лучше самых хороших отелей Лас Вегаса, в которых мне приходилось останавливаться. Потрясающая еда, чрезвычайно доброжелательный и внимательный персонал. Когда у меня спрашивают о моей поездке в Краснодар, то я с радостью рассказываю об этом отеле. Очень рекомендую!!
