Впечатление от гостиницы двойственное. Из хорошего - окна выходили во внутренний двор, было тихо. Есть возможность бесплатно продлить пребывание в день отъезда вплоть до 15-00, чем мы с удовольствием воспользовались.

Расстроило то, что в воскресенье не работал ресторан и не было завтрака. Сантехника знавала лучшие времена и сначала из крана текла вода с сильным запахом сероводорода. Не было возможности заказать еду в номер. Для гостиницы, которая позиционирует себя на 4 звезды, вещи неприемлемые. Эту гостиницу больше не выберу.

The staff is very good and rooms are comfortable and clan. The Wi Fi works well I use this opportunity for some suggestion: the rooms looking at the main road are noisy, it woul be great to fix this issue. TV: add more international channels ( Rai 1, Eurosport, CNN) Kind regards Gianni Benna

Zur Reservierung der 2 Zimmer, für mich und einen Kollegen, musste ich Kreditkartendaten hinterlegen. Beim Einchecken wurden sofort die Kosten für das Hotel abgebucht und mir die Rechnung vorgelegt. Es hat mich gestört, dass nicht vorher gefragt wurde, ob diese Kreditkarte für die Bezahlung verwendet werden kann. Auch das Zimmer meines Kollegen wurde über meine Kreditkarte gebucht. Beim Zurückbuchen der Summe gab es eine Währungsdifferenz, so dass ich weniger zurück erstattet bekommen habe, als bei der ersten Buchung.
