Хорошее круизное судно, дорогой отдых & приветливый персонал.

Мы уже второй раз путешествуем с Emeraude Classic Cruises, потому что в прошлый раз они предложили, действительно, превосходную кухню. Но в этот раз качество еды несколько ухудшилось. Хотя они по-прежнему рекламируют копченого лосося на своем сайте, ничего подобного нам предложено не было. Цены на вино необоснованно завышенные.

Корабль является копией колёсного парохода, хотя он был построен в 2002, он выглядит как старый корабль, но располагает всеми домашними удобствами. Бухта Халонг была прекрасна.

После предоставления данных кредитной карты на сайте несколько месяцев заранее, мы должны были заполнить и отправить по электронной почте форму авторизации кредитной карты вместе с отсканированными копиями кредитной карты за несколько дней до круиза. Так как мы уже были в отпуске, это оказалось затруднительно. Толпы в пещере Сюрприз и на острове Титова отбили всякую охоту, и якорная стоянка у мыса Титова была переполнена другими кораблями, так что лучше было бы двигаться дальше.

Sailing through the beautiful Ha Long Bay on a classic paddle steamer, Emeraude Classic Cruises offers English-guided tours through Sung Sot Grotto and Pearl Farm. Free Wi-Fi is available on the boat.

The non-smoking cabins at Emeraude come with air-conditioning, an umbrella and free bottled water. En suite bathrooms have hot-water showers, a hairdryer and bathrobes. Select cabins offer a private sun deck.

Guests can take part in daily Tai Chi lessons or learn how to make Vietnamese spring rolls. Relaxing body massage can be enjoyed at the spa. Other activities include swimming or kayaking in the sea.

Emeraude Classic Cruises sails from Emeraude Pier. It provides a chargeable pick-up service from Hanoi to Ha Long.

Full board meals are served in the boat's dining room. Vietnamese and international buffet spreads can be enjoyed there. The bar offers beers, cocktails, wine and other beverages.

Important information

Please note that the cruise embarks from Tuan Chau Marina at No. 18, Dock 2 in Ha Long. It disembarks at 11:00 and drop-off location is at Emeraude Café. Please be informed that a 48-hour advance registration with the cruise is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in on board. Children whose travelling documents are attached to parent's passport must travel with the parent. No refunds are offered if local police and port authority refuse passengers passages when passengers fail to present valid passports for inspection. Chargeable airport and private transfers can be arranged upon request. Guests who wish to reserve the premium seats are kindly requested to inform the property at least 24 hours in advance. Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change upon weather and operations conditions. Full details upon check-in. Other restrictions may apply. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
