Дежурная сотрудница ресепшн (Эйприл?) приехала незадолго до нашего прибытия. Она была очень милой во время регистрации, но назначила нам номер (выбрали из предложенного ею списка, остальные могут быть занятыми), который оказался неубран. Она сразу же помогла нам получить другой номер, и была очень профессиональной. Она также была на дежурстве, когда мы заперлись в номере и вновь отреагировала на ситуацию профессионально и доброжелательно. Спасибо ей за решение двух ситуаций, которые могли плохо отразиться на репутации отеля.

Номер, в который мы должны были заселиться, не был готов (в 4 вечера), мы были заперты в нашем номере в конце первого дня (номер не был обслужен). В 4 утра мы были разбужены звонком, кто-то несколько раз пытался войти в наш номер в течение ночи (видимо думали, что они проживают в нашем номере).
