This is a licensed holiday home by DTCM. It is not a hotel or Hotel apartment. A passport copy is required for each guest before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the community security office. Please note that if guests' check-in / out timing is between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM, there will be an additional charge of USD 27 or AED 100. Complimentary (once a week) housekeeping that includes cleaning, bed linen and towel change. Any more housekeeping services required will be available at an added charge. A security deposit of AED 2000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
