We require passport copies for each guest at least before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the community security office. Please note that if your check-in / out timing is between 8:00pm & 8:00 AM, there will be an additional charge of USD 27 or AED 100 Complimentary (Once a week) housekeeping that includes Cleaning, Bed Linen and Towel Change (more if required) at surcharge. A damage deposit of AED 2000 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
