все :) Мои апартаменты находились на пятом этаже :)

Отличный персонал, никакого беспокойства, первоклассный сервис. У меня был превосходный номер-сьют. В ванной комнате полы с подогревом (можно было самому регулировать температуру!). Мне приходилось бывать во многих отелях и обычно мне трудно угодить, но в этот отель я с радостью вернусь снова, когда буду в Киеве! По американским стандартам, это твердая четверка, что значит немало. Результат полностью соответствует рекламе: чистота, уединение, комфортабельные номера и компетентный, приветливый персонал :)

Это действительно великолепное место. Я настоятельно рекомендую всем, кто планирует остановиться в Киеве, забронировать номер здесь. В номерах домашняя атмосфера, просторно и удобно. Все необходимые удобства. До центра города недалеко. Персонал доброжелательный, вежливый и окажет помощь в любой ситуации. Для любителей сладкого, на столе бесплатные конфеты, также они предоставляют зонты на случай дождя. Я бы предпочел останавливаться здесь в любое время, когда приеду в Киев. Я обязательно вернусь!

Будет удобнее, если можно будет включать завтрак в бронирование. Все остальное – отлично и соответствует моему вкусу.
