Завтраки были вкусными, хотя если вы придете ближе к окончанию, то многих блюд уже не будет в наличии.

В первом номере, в который нас поселили, кондиционер не работал. Нас переселили в другой номер, где кондиционер тоже не работал. Мы пожаловались на респешен и потребовали, чтобы поломку устранили, но все осталось неизменным за время нашего четырехдневного пребывания.

У меня довольно высокий рост, и мне бы хотелось не стукаться головой о потолок в душевой.

Я останавливался в сотнях отелей, и довольно критически отношусь к ним. Я могу сказать, что отель Подол Плаза является одним из моих лучших 10 отелей. Обслуживание было превосходным и доброжелательным, и все говорили на английском языке (в русско- говорящей стране ) . Отель очень красивый, номер был отличным, и расположение было фантастическим, очень близко ко всему. Даже их ресторан был хорош, хотя я обычно не пользуюсь услугами ресторанов отеля .

Хороший отель, серьезных жалоб нет. Расположение довольно интересное, недалеко от знаменитого Андреевского спуска. Обслуживание достойное, в случае нужды всегда найдется ответственный англоговорящий сотрудник. Блюда за завтраком стандартные отельные: хлопья, йогурт, сыр, булочки, яйца. Кофе горячий только в самом начале, под конец завтрака уже еле теплый. Для Киева эта гостиница - первоклассный вариант. Я бы спокойно и с радостью приехал сюда еще раз.
