"Аврора " – это не совсем Гранд-отель в Харькове, но на удивление хорошо оборудован. Его основное преимущество: 1) бар в лобби отеля, обслуживание номеров, тренажерный зал и обменные услуги доступны 24 часа в сутки (что особенно важно для гостей, которые испытывают иностранную валюту) 2) отель расположен недалеко от центрального делового района 3) в ресторане-Аристократ--восхитительно. Большой минус, это низкий уровень владения английским у персонала.

Номера были замечательные, персонал всегда готов помочь. Я не мог позавтракать из-за раннего рейса, и мне завернули завтрак с собой. Таксист терпеливо ждал, когда я спущусь и оформлю свой выезд.

Мне бы хотелось здесь побыть подольше.
