Довольно быстрое заселение. Вежливый, молодой персонал, удобные номера с обычным набором того, что должно быть в отеле. Завтрак из меню, во всяком случае, мне хватало. Не могу отметить ничего плохого. Скажу просто: обыкновенный отель, как и обещалось.

Странно видеть столько много рекламных буклетов массажа и конверт, в котором нужно оставлять чаевые для уборщицы - первый раз в моей жизни!!!

Нам повезло: сняли улучшенный стандартный номер за полцены. На полную стоимость 2500- номер не тянет. Вежливое обслуживание. Теплые полы в ванной комнате. Завтрак можно бесплатно заказать в номер (приносили в течение 10 минут). Тапочки в наличии (без халата).

Платные ванные принадлежности ( станок, зубная паста, пена для бритья). Не было бесплатно даже бутылки воды. В номере было прохладно несмотря на горячие батареи. Мы были на первом этаже и почему-то дуло из угла номера прямо в изголовье кровати. Не совсем чистые шторы и подоконник. Серые полотенца. После уборки -ковер не пылесосили (как был мусор, так и остался). Неудобные подушки. Цены на питание в баре высокие. Но на 1-2 дня все вполне устроило. Т.к. приходили в номер чтобы помыться и выспаться.

Расположение! Очень близко со станцией метро и всего в одной остановке от центра города.

Персонал практически не знает английский. На завтрак были блины или омлет. Дорого, и думаю, что вместо 4 звезд отель заслуживает 3.
