July 01 2013Прекрасное расположение, фантастический сервис. Отель находится рядом с крупным торговым ценром и знаменитым храмом Ервана. Нам прищлось ждать порядка 3х часов для того, чтобы въехать в номер, из-за данной оплошности отель бесплатно повысил уровень нашего номера, который расположен рядом с бассейном.

Очень грустно, что в 5* , четырёхсезонном отеле wifi не бесплатный!.Однажды я спустился на завтрак в тапочках, персонал сказал мне что в таком виде завтракать не положено, я вернулся переобуться, а когда спустился снова, завтрак уже закончился! Вернулся в номер в депрессии.

Моя 10-летняя дочь получила удовольствие от общения с персоналом и была удивлена красивыми ручками в номерах, ведь она их коллекционирует. Все было отлично, начиная от обслуживания номеров до сервиса администраторов, посыльных и персонала ресторана. Подходящее место для семьи, ведь нам досталось лучшее предложение: 4 ночи по цене, о которой пятизвездочным отелям остается только мечтать.

June 24 2012Вежливость, бесплатная бутилированная вода, многие любят бесплатное. Моей 10-ти летней дочери понравилось отношение к ней персонала, ей даже подарили несколько ручек для ее коллекции. Все было отлично, от румсервиса до стойки ресепшена, вежливые носильщики и чудесный ресторан. Классное место для семейного отдыха, отличное предложение, 4 ночи обошлись дешевле, чем в любом 5* отеле.

November 25 2011Мы приехали в этот отель в ноябре 2011 года. Гостиница расположена в отличном месте. Персонал работает превосходно, номера просторные и комфортабельные, в комнатах установлена новая мебель. Днем в гостинице подают легкий второй завтрак. В окрестностях отеля расположен парк, посольство и множество магазинов. Это место отлично подходит для отдыха и деловых поездок.
