October 08 2013Каждый день подавали вкусные завтраки с блюдами азиатской кухни, в том числе тайской, китайской, японской и индийской. Свежевыжатые соки были просто фантастическими. Кроме того, подавали вкусный сыр, каши, мюсли и массу тропических фруктов.

June 15 2013Я останавливался в этом отеле несколько лет подряд и в основном всё хорошо, прекрасный персонал, хотя атмосфера была менее яркой и приветливой.
Я всегда пользуюсь парковкой по приезду и не могу найти приёмную из-за нехватки указателей, что утомительно с багажом. По приезду у нас спросили не хотим ли мы повысить уровень номера, мы отказались, но когда вошли в номер решили принять предложение и переехать. Видимо администратор знал, что гости не довольны этим номером. В этом году кажется было меньше фруктов в номере и т.д.

April 12 2013Прекрасный отель, гостеприимное убежище, где можно отдохнуть после осмотра достопримечательностей Бангкока! Замечательное месторасположение по отношению к надземному метро и катерам, на которых можно проплыть вверх по реке. Весьма приветливый персонал. Коктейли разочаровали, но, наверное, всё не может быть идеально. Мне также показалось, что цены на питание немного завышены, но в Бангкоке достаточно мест, где можно покушать, и нам пришлось потратить время на их поиски.

Shangri-la - это 2 отеля в 1. Отель Krungthep является дополнением к главному зданию самого Shangri-la. Мне хватило по горло 10-ти минутных прогулок к "главному отелю", главному ресторану и т.д. Вид с балкона портила бугенвилия, рядом проходит шумная эстакада. Чтобы полюбоваться на реку нужно встать у окна и смотреть на нее сквозь бугенвилию.

Недружелюбный сотрудник рецепции. Номер убрали только тогда, когда я пожаловался на рецепцию.
