Мне очень понравилось расположение отеля и панорамы, которые открываются из балкона. Персонал очень услужливый и дружелюбный.

Я считаю, что нужно сделать больше мест для отдыха в баре в вечернее время. Ведь можно элементарно принести стулья с других локаций, так как не все предпочитают танцы. И если ты придешь немного позже, то места уже не окажется, так как их занимают люди, предпочитающие ранний ужин.

За последние пять лет я останавливался здесь уже пять раз! Но думаю, что пора уже поменять отель. Администраторам стоит пройти специализированные курсы по гостеприимству. Они еще ни разу не проявили настоящие заинтересованность и доброжелательность. Они даже никогда не говорят ни «Здравствуйте», ни «До свидания». А вот официанты и бармены мне здесь нравятся. Я всегда останавливался в Superior room, но в этот раз я остановился в Standard room. Деревянная дверь на балконе закрывалась неплотно, повсюду на балконе был голубиный помет. Еда была неплохой. Думаю, что когда приеду в Беламадена в следующий раз, то остановлюсь в каком-нибудь другом отеле.
