Этот отель оправдал все наши ожидания и все хорошие отзывы, которые мы о нем слышали. По прибытии нас очень тепло встретили сотрудники, один из которых зарегистрировал нас и провел экскурсию по отелю, а затем показал наш номер, который все время проживания поддерживался в безукоризненном состоянии. Еда в отеле была превосходной, как и обслуживание в столовой. Это настоящий пятизвездочный отель с пятизвездочным уровнем обслуживания. Спасибо всем работникам за незабываемые впечатления! Мы словно побывали в оазисе тишины и спокойствия

Этот отель идеальный! Каждый день это место делает своих клиентов все более избалованными. Номера здесь роскошно декорированы, причем материалы для этого использовались достаточно качественные. Персонал был максимально вежлив и заботлив. Сам отель, расположенный на берегу моря, поэтому с номеров открываются фантастические виды на водные просторы. Здесь очень приятно просто пройтись пляжем и посетить рестораны, расположенные вдоль береговой линии. Я очень рекомендую посетить «Mamma Gina», потому что здесь готовят фантастическую итальянскую еду. Хавор в Бенальмадене тоже стоит отведать. Сам отель и окружающая его территория – это то место, из которого не хочется уезжать.

Много раз бывали в Benalmadena - это лучший из всех отелей, в которых мы останавливались. Красивые номера, отличный персонал, превосходное питание. Единственное, на что можно пожаловаться, - это шумные жильцы из соседнего номера, которые двигали туда-сюда мебель и гремели всю ночь (такой шум нас удивил, так как мы думали, что между номерами хорошая звукоизоляция).

Мы провели здесь три ночи в феврале 2013 года. Сотрудники нам понравились в первую же минуту – они постарались как можно скорее организовать нам номер, принесли туда корзину свежих фруктов, и даже принесли небольшой тортик (у меня как раз был День рождения) – супер! Если вы ищете пятизвездочный отель с потрясающей атмосферой и персональным обслуживанием, то это именно то, что вам нужно! Вернемся сюда в следующем году, а может даже и раньше.!!
