Гостеприимный и доброжелательный хозяин гостевого дома и персонал. Местоположение хорошее: в шаговой доступности железнодорожный вокзал, остановка автобусов, напротив - супермаркет. Здание выполнено по оригинальному проекту, номера очень просторные, огромный балкон, эркерные окна и прекрасная лестница из красивого мрамора и гранита. Имеются все необходимые удобства, включая кулер с горячей и холодной водой, гладильные принадлежности на каждой лестничной клетке, кондиционер. Соотношение цена-качество для Сочи превосходное. Узнали, что в будущем году планируется бесплатный трафик на море. Ночью - полная тишина, звукоизоляция отличная.
