Близость к центральной улице, откуда можно уехать в любую точку. Недалеко от пляжа. Номер чистый. Он хоть и маленький (даже дверь в шкафу не открывалась не до конца), но вполне уютный. Есть общий балкон на каждом этаже, общая кухня на 1 этаже. Также на каждом этаже имеется гладильная доска и чайник. wi-fi работает хорошо.

Не понравился всего один момент. Пол очень холодный! Когда человек едет отдыхать на море на 2 недели, он, разумеется, возьмет то, в чем ходить "по дому". Но есть же и те, которые приезжают на пару дней. Думаю, что стоит задуматься об одноразовых тапочках. Ну или о половике по всему периметру комнаты, а то уж очень холодно ходить босиком и даже в носках по такому полу.
