Одно из лучших, если не лучшее, местоположение отеля в Москве, красивое здание. При определенном везении с номером - может быть великолепный вид.

Омерзительнейшим образом организована система безопасности в отеле. Группа охранников при входе, лаз с металлоискателем... не умеют у нас это делать незаметно, ненавязчиво. Для 5 звезд - это просто позор. Достаточно гнетущее впечатление оставляет мебель, крашенная чуть ли не гуашью. При номере с видом - запертый наглухо балкон с грязными стеклами. Я могу лишь надеяться на то, что эти недоработки - часть концепции, в которой нас отсылают к аляповатому шику СССР.

мне понравилось совершенно все: персонал, архитектура внутреннего дизайна под стать, историческому фассаду здания, услуги и возможности отели вдохновляют. персонал заслуживает , отдельного акцента: восхитительно улыбаются, учтивы и профессионально- ненавязчивы! бассейн и spa - подкупают и заставляют задуматься о новой коммандировке! есть совершенно все, чтобы чувствовать себя счастливым и отдохнувшим!

единственное, что меня смутило - запах в ванной комнате и наличие двери из соседнего family suite ( пусть и закрытой) в моем номере.

Шикарный отель! Все на высшем уровне - персонал, сервис и т. д. Приятно, что есть такие отели и в нашей стране. Буду останавливаться теперь только в нем.

понравился номер. понравилась организация и меню завтрака.

несмотря на подтверждение бронирования на Booking.com и подтверждение бронирования в службе отеля, по приезду оказалось, что номер на моё имя не забронирован!!!

Не продумано нахождение для семей с детьми .Отсутствие детской зоны и услуги Беби ситера.
