This hotel is location in the center of the city. Good view from the windows. Other guests were so friendly. Good cuisine in the restaurant. Hotel staff always want to help. My room was so comfortable.

The location was perfect for visiting the Kremlin. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The public spaces were nice, though under renovation, so we did not see them at their best. The spa is small, but well appointed.

Comfort, very good service, very nice spa area. This is a very good hotel after all.

Лучший отель в Москве, потрясающий вид из окна на Красную Площадь! Номера просторные, обслуживание быстрое, качественное. Еда в ресторане отеля превосходная! Близость развлекательных заведений, репутация отеля, уютный бар внизу отеля тоже немаловажны! Всегда выбираю этот отель!

Over all very good service specially room service and house keeping staff. The rest were also quite efficient a bit too serious with out smile. Room rates high but it seems all five star hotels in Moscow have very high prices as I compared on Internet.

Usedvanlig hyggelig og hjelpsom personal. Et stort hotell hvor de lykkes med at vi følte det lille hotellets personlige og hyggelige atmosfære.. Totalt sett det beste hotellet vi har bodd på på lang tid. Beliggenheten var utmerket.
