Отличное обслуживание, привет лживый персонал, хорошее оформление отеля

Небольшие проблемы с ванной, были достаточно быстро решены.

Palvelu pelasi ja huoneet kohtalaisen hyvät. Ravintoloita oli riittävästi ja ruoka hyvää. Sijainti hiljaisen kadun varrella eli ei melua. Hyvin vartioitu paikka.

Sijainti aika kaukana keskustasta eikä ulkopuolisia palveluja lähellä.

Situé à 2 pas de l'aéroport donc très pratique. Le personnel parle anglais. 3 restaurants donc du choix. Situé en ville mais dans un parc de verdure...appréciable.

All was good ! Good rooms, good food in restaurant, good location, not far fm the center.

When we arrived, personnel of the hotel didn't have confirmation about our booking fm booking.com. And they long time didn't release the rooms to us, coz they don't have standard rooms, but booking.com website shows that they have. So, it's problems between them and booking.com, not ours. Be careful with that. We have long discussion with argue about that, they called to the bosses, asked what to do, and then release available rooms, which was a studio, but on the same price what we booked.

Very helpful staff at reception who spoke good English, helped us to organise day tour (with English speaking tour guide) to Lake Baikal. Good cooked breakfast was included in the room price. There are two resturants which serve Chinese & Russian food respectively. The Russian restaurant has music and singing entertainment too. Enjoyed the stay very much. Thank you.

the Wi Fi wasn't very stable, internet connection kept dropping out; had to try different spots in the room. May be it's to be expected that Wi Fi is not always stable, compared to broadband.
