хороший завтрак, все чисто

идет разница в стоимости, между ценами букинга и фактической стоимостью в отеле, забронировал через букинг, ввел реквизиты для оплаты, букинг подтвердил покупку! приехал в отель, персонал говорит, что бронь есть, а оплатить нужно снова и цена была уже другая! дороже опубликованной в букинге примерно на 15 процентов!

Очень приветливый персонал и на ресепшен и на этаже, очень удобное месторасположение, номер чистый, очень светло и комфортно. Кормили вкусно в номере тепло и главное, есть Wi-Fi, короче никаких претензий, все понравилось. Плюс, просил помочь заказать такси — все быстро сделали. Молодцы.

Одним из критериев выбора отеля - был WI-FI, по факту - в номерах не работал, чтобы выйти в интернет необходимо было работать возле стойки дежурной по этажу. Не работал пульт ДУ для телевизора, вырвана ручка управления климат-контролем.

в общем, неплохо, толко кровати узкие, советские, душ хилый, ну и звонки , типа не надо ли девочек , как то смущают. я бы ещё убрал консьержек с этажей. налёт совковости достаточно сильный, при очень позитивном отношении со стороны основного ресепшена, они как то двигаются в сторону цивилизации.
