Отель идеально расположен между Риальто и Сан-Марко. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Соответствует моим ожиданиям от отелей данной категории.

Кондиционер в номере не работал, когда я сказал об этом администратору, мне ответили, что у них централизованная система кондиционирования и сейчас она отключена. Кран горячей воды сломался на второй день нашего пребывания, и мы не были уверены, что его отремонтируют. В номере напротив меняли сантехнику, из-за этого я каждое утро просыпался от шума. Низкое качество обслуживания клиентов.

Наш номер размером с плательный шкаф (категория "эконом") находился на пятом этаже (без лифта). Не особо проблематично - мы любим двигаться. НО: в первое утро мы проснулись покрытые с ног до головы комариными укусами. Та же история и на следующее утро. Венеция, несомненно, красивый и уникальный город, но мы с радостью покинули этот отель и номер с тучами голодных комаров. Даже удобное расположение и дружелюбный персонал не смягчили наше впечатление после двух дней, проведенных под непрерывными атаками москитов.
