Номер был прекрасен. Только две вещи испортили его. Находясь на первом этаже, и с видом на улицу означало, что было очень шумно по утрам. Во-вторых, нет бесплатного Wi-Fi, что в таком высококачественном отеле является неприемлемым, а платить за него — дорого (чего я не делал). Бесплатный Wi-Fi является определяющим фактором бронировать мне отель или нет.

Первоначально меня заселили в комнату для курящих. Очень предупредительная девушка на ресепшн нашла для меня альтернативу.

Нет работающего интернета — он вообще недоступен в номерах; якобы есть свободный доступ в лобби, но фактически он непригоден к использованию - мой ноутбук, IPad и телефоны с трудом подключались, совсем не подключались или были не в состоянии обеспечить простые функции интернета, например, проверить электронную почту . Очень забитый зал для завтраков. Недостаточно персонала во время выезда — занимает около 30 минут в час пик!

Комната была очень хорошая и чистая. Местоположение довольно хорошее.

Администраторы были не слишком вежливы, но мы пересеклись с ними только при въезде и выезде. Метро находится рядом с отелем, но рядом с Фридрихштрассе идут какие-то работы, так что нужно пересаживаться. Во всяком случает не слишком затруднительно. Завтрак был слишком дорогой. При приезде они требуют кредитную карту и не принимают дебетовую карту. Они должны упоминать это на сайте.
