Персонал был вежливым, профессиональным и дружелюбным. Возле стойки регистрации находится классный бар. Наша спальня была немного маленькой, но а душ слишком большой. Дверь, ведущая в душевую, прозрачная, поэтому будьте готовы к тому, что за вами (пока вы будете мыться) будет наблюдать ваш сосед по номеру.

Мне не понравилось то, что в баре разрешалось курить, и что в номере вместо одной двуспальной кровати стояли сдвинутые вместе две односпальные кровати.

Хорошая планировка. Есть офис со скоростным интернетом и возможностью распечатать документы. Прекрасное местоположение - очень близко к Александерплац. Работавшие в ночную смену сотрудники, Кристофер и Дэниел, общались очень просто и приветливо.

Сотрудники, работавшие днем, вообще никогда не улыбались. Когда я к ним обращалась, они становились очень хмурыми. В номере не было информации о том, какие услуги предоставляет отель и как ими воспользоваться. Каждый раз приходилось спрашивать об этом сотрудников. В ванной комнате не было шампуня или набора для ухода за волосами. Не было и бесплатного чая или кофе. Одноместный номер оказался несколько меньше, чем я ожидала.
