Персонал был очень обходительным. Расположение очень удобное. Растущий сад был отличным бонусом.

Номер был хорошим, но тесным, и мы ожидали кофейный аппарат в номере, принимая во внимание наши предыдущие остановки в 3 звездочных отелях. Острая решетка, ограждающая крышу и бассейн очень опасная, моя жена не замтила ее, поскользнулась и получила три царапины.

Очень хорошее расположение. Рядом поезд, автобус, пляж, магазины и рестораны.

Персонал бесполезен в том, чтобы дать дополнительную информацию. От них не добьешь информации, где автобусная остановка, такси, где можно арендовать машину. Они прямо говорят, что это не входит в их обязанности. Даже ответа на вопрос об дополнительных возможностях отеля приходится добиваться. Нет информации о том, где позавтракать и как открыть дверь в бассейн (а это очень непросто). Если спрашиваете, они спрашивают в ответ - умеете ли вы читать. Но далеко не все понято объяснено в письменном виде. Им стоило бы минимальных усилий что-то объяснить.
