Please note that parking at this property is limited to vehicles weighing less than 1500 kg as the property has an automated car parking system with lifting platforms. Long vehicles cannot be accommodated. Please note that a EUR 1000 damages deposit by credit card will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. Please note that a mandatory EUR 45 fee for 1 hour 30 minutes of cleaning at the end of the stay is not included in the price. When more than 1 hour 30 minutes cleaning is necessary, a EUR 30 per hour extra charge is applicable. Please note that a baby cot is available on request for 20 EUR per stay. Please note that cheques and prepaid credit cards are not accepted as methods of payment. A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
