Please note that parking at this property is limited to vehicles weighing less than 1500 kg as the property has an automated car parking system with lifting platforms. Long vehicles cannot be accommodated. Please note that a EUR 1000 damages deposit by credit card imprint will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. Please note that a mandatory EUR 90 fee for 3 hours of cleaning at the end of the stay is not included in the price. For more than 3 hours of cleaning, a EUR 30 per hour extra charge will be applicable. Please note that there is a EUR 20 extra charge for a baby kit. Cheques and prepaid credit cards are not accepted payment methods on site. A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
