Отель расположен в старом городе, рядом с Ратушей. Русскоговорящий персонал.

Очень неприятный запах в ванной комнате ( напоминал аромат жидкости для снятия лака с ногтей) на протяжения всего время проживания. И администрации отеля необходимо обратить внимание, и обязательно установить в ванной шторку для душа.

Очень хорошее расположение отеля. Вкусный завтрак. Доброжелательный персонал.

Когда бронировали отель просили двухспальную кровать, в итоге когда заселялись сказали что у них только два номера с такими кроватями и они уже заняты. В тот период была беременна и нас поселили на пятый этаж - очень тяжело подниматься. на просьбу пересилить чуть-чуть пониже - ответили что нет возможности.

Мы уже не первый раз в вашем отеле. Нам очень нравится. Удобно расположен. Доброжелательный, приветливый персонал. Чистые и комфортабельные номера. Соотношение цена-качество весьма приемлемое и дорстаточно высокое.

Удачное расположение, и хорошее питание на завтрак... Хорошие номера достаточно...

Спускаться вниз по лестнице в подвал..., дверь очень тонкие, и страшно что залезет кто нибудь туда... Поменять на обычные двери и все будет хорошо!! НУ и плюс слышимость хорошая, хотя когда спать хочется :)) даж это не помешает

Расположение отеля отличное. Персонал очень вежливый и приятный. Таллинн-это красивый и большой исторический центр. Люди, как правило, отзывчивые и добрые. Я бы, конечно, хотел сделать повторный визит.

Может быть большее внимание уделить содержанию отеля. Подоконники и рамы обшарпаны. Холодильник в номере нуждается в чистке.
