Бронировали номер эконом, при заселении немного доплатили и получили номер супериор на 5 этаже. Халаты и тапочки в номере, и для детей тоже, удобная двуспальная кровать с хорошим бельем, чайник в номере, сейф, в ресторане детское меню (супы, блинчики), в бассейнах после 18,00 и до 21,00 занимаются группы детей во всех трех бассейнах, не очень удобно для гостей отеля

при заезде не предупредили что парковка у отеля платная - 15 евро сутки

Отель очень чистый, опрятный и выглядит, как новый. Главный бассейн очень большой и не слишком людный, теплые ванны очень кстати. На завтрак был большой выбор еды: о помидоров и огурцов до соленой селедки, сосисок и варенных яиц.

Не было тапочек. Нет шторки в душе, поэтому вода разбрыгивается по всей ванной.

Завтрак был невкусный, мало персонала в бассейне, очень скольхкий пол в бассейне, не было детских халатов

Удобное месторасположение, тишина и гостеприимство. Единственный недостаток – это ванная комната. Так как отель называется спа, и цены в нём немного выше, чем в других, то мы ожидали увидеть немного больше роскоши: например, какой-нибудь хороший шампунь/гель для душа, но вместо этого нам предложили "Всё в одном флаконе", как в обычном бассейне.

Хорошая еда и Завтрак. Большие бассейны. Fery в Хельсинки находится в пределах пешей досягаемости. Старый город тоже. Ничего особенного.

На старый город можно лучше всего посмотреть перед завтраком. Позже агрессивный туристической бизнес и толпы туристов могут все испортить. Не упустите шустрых карманников и воришек.

Во-первых, хочу сказать, что я выбрал этот отель потому, что здесь есть потрясающие бассейн и спортзал. Сам же отель не представляет собой ничего особенного, комнаты имеют простую обстановку и не очень уютные, бедноватый завтрак. А вот расположение хорошее – непосредственно в Старом городе. Хорошая цена, поэтому думаю, что буду останавливаться здесь еще!

Обещали улучшенный номер, но такого не оказалось. Таких номеров вообще нет в этом отеле. Никогда больше не буду останавливаться в этой гостинице во время командировок.
