Мы остались здесь 3 раза, в клубном номер с которого открывается вход в Club Lounge. Это то, что нам нужно, обслуживание и приветливость персонала - превосходно. Хотим сразу забронировать номер на следующий год. Рестораны на территории отеля превосходны, но дорого, зато есть вариант получить хороший бонус в виде " полупансион", тогда вы точно получите отличное соотношение цены и качества.

Хорошее обслуживание и номера, хотя от "Карлтон Ритц" я ожидал чего-то более изысканного.

Нет никакой активной деятельности, нет живой музыки в баре и ресторане по вечерам. Бар у бассейна и сам бассейн закрывается в районе 6-ти часов вечера. Я не мог пригласить гостя в свой номер. Мне не понравился большой пляж, хотя дизайн бассейна, расположенного рядом с ним, был великолепен. Обслуживание номеров не было идеальным. В конце концов, я был немного разочарован тем, что выбрал "Карлтон Ритц", надеясь на шикарный отдых, а получил что-то среднее, чего полно в других отелях Шарм-эль-Шейха с более низкой категорией.

Обслуживание хорошее, номера - тоже, хотя я и ожидал чего-то более роскошного от Ритц Карлтон.

Нет никаких мероприятий, ни живой музыки по вечерам. Бар возле бассейна закрывается в 6 часов вечера, и в общем-то все закрывается в это время, даже сам бассейн. Я даже не мог пригласить к себе вечером гостей. В других 5-звездочных отелях, типа "Four Seasons" я мог приглашать кого захочу. Мне также не очень понравился пляж, мне больше нравятся пологие и широкие пляжи. Да и зона вокруг бассейна не очень, ее портит железный забор. Не понравилась и доставка еды в номер. Короче, я разочарован этим отелем. Я выбрал Ритц из-за его репутации и множества положительных отзывов по всему миру, но в Шарме, как оказалось, совсем другая ситуация!
