Нам очень понравился гостиничный холл. Однако, это было только первое впечатление. Как только мы подошли на ресепшен и представились, сотрудник сказал нам, что впервые слышит эти фамилии, и у него нет информации о нашем заказе. Мы сразу же показали ему все письма, которые получили от администрации, но он ничего не хотел слышать. Кроме того, он сказал, что в отеле нет свободных номеров, и он ничем нам не может помочь. Я попытался дозвониться до администрации, но там сказали то же самое. Странная ситуация, в которой никто даже не захотел разбираться. Хорошо что мы не вносили предоплаты. Никогда больше сюда не приеду.

Персонал был очень предупредителен и доброжелателен, и приложил все усилия, чтобы сделать мое пребывание в отеле приятным и легким. Мне также очень понравились такие маленькие детали, как кувшин воды со льдом и фруктами в фойе рядом с лифтом. Такая хорошая (и свежая) идея!

Отель удобно расположен для коммуны Лас Кондес, но он расположен таким образом, что каждый раз, когда вы хотите попасть в город, вам будет необходимо переходить через крайне оживленную дорогу Avenida Santa Maria. Я предполагаю, что номера, выходящие на улицу довольно шумные, если вы любите открывать окна (мне повезло – мой номер выходил окнами во двор).
