Персонал, работающий в отеле, услужливый и отзывчивый. Все сотрудники с радостью помогут донести ваши вещи до номера. Душевая кабина в ванной комнате протекает. Администратор однажды заметил, что я не правильно выразился по-английски, это при том, что я являюсь носителем языка.

В комнате не было регулировки температуры - было жарко, несмотря на то, что мы были там зимой. Ежедневная плата за Wi-Fi и за парковку в гараже была чрезмерной, по 24 и 20 доллара в день соответственно. Эта плата не взимается в других отелях того же класса в Сантьяго. Использование тренажерного зала стоило 8 долларов в день ... это слишком дорого – могли бы включить в стоимость проживания.
