У нас был номер с видом на внутренний двор. Было очень тихо. Это было самое лучшее. Завтрак прекрасный, так как я мечтал попробовать вьетнамскую кухню, а там ее было много. Персонал предупредительный. Помогли организовать экскурсии.. Музей войны, церковь Notredeme, кукольный театр на воде - все рядом с отелем. Мы шли пешком и просто показывали фото церкви и люди объясняли нам куда идти.

Уборка номеров..не меняют полотенца каждый день, пока они не окажутся в корзине для грязного белья.that awarness has tobe given.to the staff.to save Energies,to be Eco-Freindly.

У нас был номер с видом на задний двор. Было очень тихо и это главный плюс отеля. Питание тоже не вызывало нареканий пока я не решилась попробовать вьетнамскую кухню - это был кошмар. Все сотрудники приветливы и всегда рады помочь советом при организации экскурсий. Военный музей, церковь Нотрдам, различные магазинчики и рестораны находятся в непосредственной близости от отеля. Мы весь район обошли пешком. А когда хотели вернуться в отель, просто показывали людям на улице фото церкви и нам указывали дорогу.

Уборка номеров. Полотенца не меняли каждый день, нужно была специально указывать на этот факт. Всему персоналу необходимо быть более экономными, расходовать ресурсы более экологично.
