Расположение, удобная кровать, большой номер.

Персонал был очень дружелюбным, но не очень услужливым (возможно, из-за языкового барьера, но таких вопросов в других отелях у нас не было, хотя там тоже никто не говорил по-английски). Мы забронировали номер по интернету, но нас, почему то не заселили в номер, который мы бронировали. В итоге нас заселили в Junior Suite – он был большим и более удобным, но там протекал душ. В отеле как раз шел ремонт, поэтому находиться там было не самым приятным удовольствием. А вот заплатили мы намного больше, чем стоил номер, который мы бронировали. В этом районе есть много лучших и более дешевых отелей.

Менеджер Сара просто замечательная. Она организовала нам прекрасные экскурсии в Sapa и залив Halong. Все очень понравилось.

Отель немного потрепанный и нуждается в ремонте.

Мы не получили номер который заказывали, а нам предоставили номер без окна и очень грязный. Перед нами не извинились, только сказали, что это пик сезона. Завтрак худший за все 4 недели путешествия по Вьетнаму. Проходя периодически через приёмную мы заметили, что многие жаловались на условия и состояние номеров и особенно на клопов.

Расположение, удобная кровать, большой номер.

В отеле как раз шел ремонт, поэтому находиться там было не самым приятным удовольствием. А вот заплатили мы намного больше, чем стоил номер, который мы бронировали. В этом районе есть много лучших и более дешевых отелей.
