Этот отель открылся всего месяц назад. Я бы в нем с 15 до 19 мая 2013 года, поэтому здесь все работало просто идеально. У меня совсем не возникало никаких проблем. Всех гостей встречали очень любезные и профессиональные служащие отеля. Услуги были чрезвычайно хорошими, номера приятными и комфортабельными, а обед простым, но очень вкусным. Персонал во всем стремился вам помочь, и знает английский язык очень хорошо. Отель расположен во французском квартале, в районе озера Hoan Kiem. Отсюда очень легко добраться до магазинов, ресторанов и отелей. К сожалению, в отеле отсутствует информация о местных туристических поездках, и персонал также знает о них весьма мало. Надеюсь, в самом скором времени они смогут предоставлять постояльцам всю необходимую информацию.
