Расположение, персонал, расположение.

Мне очень понравилось в Hanoi Amanda Hotel. Отличное расположение – в центре, в Old Quarters, поблизости находится много магазинов и ресторанов. Персонал – чрезвычайно услужливый и эффективный. Обязательно остановлюсь здесь еще раз, и буду всем рекомендовать этот отель:)

Лоан, у стойки регистрации, сделала моё пребывание в Ханое великолепным. Она была отзывчива когда я планировал свой тур из Сан Франциско и сделала много прекрасных предложений пока я был в Ханое. Она обеспечила мне комфортабельность и хорошее времяпровождение. Остальной персонал также дружественен и внимателен. Мне понравился завтрак и мой номер, который был функциональным и комфортабельным.

Старая часть Ханои очень неспокойна – будьте готовы к хаосу!

«Отель Аманда», нам очень понравился во всем. Превосходный и очень добрый персонал, проявляющий интерес к нашей деятельности. Они очень хорошо помогли нам организовать несколько экскурсий. После напряженного дня, всегда рады были предложить нам дополнительную чашечку чая или кофе. Яркая и праздничная столовая, с вежливым и доброжелательным персоналом, еда была свежей и разнообразной, позволяющей удовлетворить вкус каждого. Отличное расположение, так как нам нравилось, выйдя из дверей номера оказаться сразу же на улицах старого квартала. Мы оставались здесь девять ночей с чувством, что это действительно заботливое и прекрасное место.
