Еще мой один фантастический визит в Golden Sun Palace. Цена изумительная. Я что-то съел не то на улице, и сотрудники мне помогали как могли: показали, какое лекарство мне нужно купить в аптеке и разрешили выселиться немного попозже (так что я имел возможность отдохнуть перед поездом). Здесь работают на самом деле очень добрые и заботливые люди. Если приеду в Ханой еще раз, то непременно остановлюсь опять именно здесь! И всем настоятельно рекомендую последовать моему примеру!

ОЧЕНЬ ОТЗЫВЧИВЫЙ ПЕРСОНАЛ, ХОРОШЕЕ РАСПОЛОЖЕНИЕ ДЛЯ ПРОГУЛОК ПО ХАНОЮ.

СОТРУДНИКИ ПОМОГЛИ НАМ ЗАБРОНИРОВАТЬ НОМЕРА В ОТЕЛЕ В БУХТЕ ХАЛОНГ И ПРИСМОТРЕЛИ ЗА НАШИМИ ЧЕМОДАНАМИ. КОГДА МЫ ВЕНУЛИСЬ, МЫ ПОПРОСИЛИ КОМНАТУ В ЗАДНЕЙ ЧАСТИ ОТЕЛЯ, ТАК КАК ПЕРЕДНИЕ НОМЕРА БЫЛИ ШУМНОВАТЫ ИЗ-ЗА АКТИВНОГО ДВИЖЕНИЯ. НАШУ ПРОСЬБУ ВЫПОЛНИЛИ С УЛЫБКОЙ. Персонал был очень услужливый и приятный. Чувствуешь себя королевской особой да и размщение отличное.

День нашего приезда совпал с днем открытия, поэтому были мелкие недочеты. Но прекрасное обслуживание сгладило эти маленькие недостатки.
