Дёшево, хорошее расположение, завтрак включён.

Вообще-то мы ошибочно заказали одноместный номер. Когда мы прибыли в отель, менеджер продемонстрировал безразличие и просто доплатить за ещё одного человека. Очень плохое отношение, мы почувствовали себя отвратительно. Он наругался на нас за то, что мы не предупредили его. После того, как мы заплатили, отношение резко изменилось. Коридорный даже не пытался помочь нам с багажом, который мы тащили на пятый этаж по ступенькам. Разочарованы!!!!!!

Персонал такой дружелюбный и отзывчивый, они сделают все возможное, чтобы удовлетворить ваши желания. Превосходное месторасположение, замечательная атмосфера – поблизости много магазинов, места питания и достопримечательности Старого Квартала прямо у вашего порога. Мы чувствовали себя как дома и нам так понравилось наше пребывание здесь, что 5 дней перешло в 14. Они без проблем убирали наш багаж во время путешествий в SaPa и Halong Bay, и позволяли нам въезжать раньше и выезжать позже, когда это возможно, без какой-либо дополнительной оплаты. Мы рекомендуем этот отель старого света..

Это не из того, что «не понравилось», но если вы не можете использовать лестницы, убедитесь, что ваш номер находится в секции, где есть лифт. Наш не был, поэтому мы поднимались по спиральной лестнице – прекрасная особенность отеля.

Завтрак довольно хороший, шведский стол, хороший выбор. Удобное расположение, рядом с озером, в старом квартале. Просто выходишь из отеля и начинаешь знакомиться с настоящим Ханоем.

Номера не такие симпатичные как на фото, они старые и вонючие, прямо за отелем находится небольшая куриная ферма, петухи с которой никогда не дают спать!!!
