Сотрудники довольно-таки дружелюбные и услужливые.

1. Слишком медленное интернет-соединение, что для бизнес-туриста просто неприемлемо. 2. Мой номер находился на втором этаже и выходил на оживленную улицу, а в силу плохой звукоизоляции в номере было очень шумно. Меня очень сильно раздражал звук машин и мотоциклов. 3. Спортзал, расположенный, на последнем этаже, скорее напоминал года 80-е, не все оборудование было исправным.

Мы так и не остановились в этом отеле, потому что когда мы приехали нам сказали, что у них проблемы и отправили нас в отель Санта Барбара. Мы ещё не проверяли сколько звёзд осталось у этого отеля, но он явно не соответствует заявленным. Нам пришлось звонить и изменять все наши брони и т.д.

Мы не жили в отеле, в котором бронировали номер, так как у них были какие-то проблемы. Нас переселили в гостиницу Santa Barbara. Я не уверен, что у этого отеля столько же звезд, сколько и у того в котором мы должны были жить. Мы вынуждены были отказаться от всего путешествия в целом.
