Guests with any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian resources, food allergies, religious restrictions, etc.) are requested to inform the cruise before departure. An advance registration is required by Halong Bay Management Authority and Port Authority Permits. Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date for all passengers under Special Requests box. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board. Children whose travel documents are attached to the parent's passport, must be accompanied by said parent. If guests are in Hanoi, but out of the Old quarter, please come to Opera House, N.01 Trang Tien street at 7:40 am for picked-up. Guest will pay extra US $20 per person for the transportation service. - From Halong: Please come to the Swan office at 6A Le Thanh Tong street, Hon Gai Port, Vinashin wharf, Halong city, Quang Ninh province at 11:40 am. If you arrive there later than 12:00 am you are able to miss the cruise. - From Cat Ba: Take a ferry from Cat Ba to Tuan Chau Harbour, it takes about 1 hour then take a taxi from Tuan Chau to Hon Gai in 15-20 minutes, our office is at 6A Le Thanh Tong street, Hon Gai Port - From Cat Bi airport (Hai Phong): It takes about 2 hours to get to our cruise, guests should book a flight arriving at the airport at 7:30-9:00 am on the tour date, property can arrange a private car to pick you up with extra cost (send us a request to be offered the service) - From Ninh Binh province: It takes about 5 hours to get to the cruise. Inform property to be arranged a private car leaving Ninh Binh in the early morning with extra cost 5. Drop off service - Property will drop guests off in Hanoi center or at guest hotel (in the Old quarter), drop off at Hanoi train station is not available - If guests do not come back to Hanoi, they will drop guest off at the nearest point with supplied address (like Bai Chay station, Tuan Chau harbour,...) - Drop off at Hanoi airport: If guests need to be at Hanoi airport at about 4:30-5:00 pm, property will drop guest off in Bac Ninh province at about 3:30pm, then the guide will take a taxi for guest ( it takes nearly 1 hour to get to the airport from Bac Ninh province) If guests need to be at Hanoi airport from 7:00 pm they will drop you off in Hanoi at about 17:30 6. Payment process The price excludes transportation service, final price will be on later agreement. If guests require only 1 way of transportation, you need to pay US 10 per person. Total cost will be charged by Swan Cruises 14 days in advance through online payment method ( VTC pay or One pay, assisted with Visa, MC, JCB...). The link will be sent via message box.
