The property is undergoing a refurbishment project of the Courtyard, this project will begin Monday 1 May. The Sidewalks leading to the courtyard entrances will be closed. The Resort does not have an estimated time as when it will be completed but will keep you updated as the date arises. Guests are allowed two vehicles per reservation. Parking options include a maximum of one on-site and one off-site parking spot or two off-site parking spots or complimentary 24-hour valet service for two vehicles. Valet service and on-site parking spaces are limited and offered on a first come, first serve basis. RV's, campers, and boats are not permitted onsite. Weekly housekeeping provided; fees apply for additional cleaning Guests under the age of 21 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian. If guest is unable to provide the credit card for verification, a credit card authorization form must be sent to the resort by the cardholder prior to check-in, or an alternative credit card must be presented along with a photo ID matching the cardholder name for verification. Failure to provide valid payment could result in the cancellation of the reservation. Any advance deposit previously collected on the credit card used to book the reservation will be refunded to the card on file and payment will be obtained on the credit card presented by the guest at check-in. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
