Full payment is required 7 days prior to arrival, then immediate charge. This includes a housekeeping fee. Once payment is taken, you will receive a follow up email that contains your apartment unit number as well as detailed directions and area parking information. Please contact the property for details. If the credit card used to reserve is not valid at the time payment is due, we will cancel the reservation. It is the guest’s responsibility to contact management with a valid VISA or MasterCard to secure payment. The credit card used to reserve this booking will be kept on file until departure. By confirming this reservation, renter agrees that late checkouts and/or damages may be charged to this card if necessary. Check out time is 11:00. The late check out fee will apply. If damages are assessed, management will contact you prior to charging the card with details of the costs. Cancellations may be made up until 72 hours prior to arrival date without a cancellation fee. The entire fee, along with the housekeeping charge, will be refunded. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date, or “no shows”, will forfeit the entire payment and housekeeping fee. If you booked with a third party vendor you must cancel directly with them and they will notify us immediately. No pets of any kind are allowed. This is a strictly non-smoking facility.
