Отличное обслуживание сотрудниками гостиницы. Номер оказался прекрасным во всем отношении данного словая. Здесь удобно, чисто. Ванная комната хорошо оборудована и включает в себя весь необходимый набор туалетных принадлежностей. Внизу расположен отличный бар с множеством удобных кресел и отличным видом на весь отель. Я пока что не нашел более лучшего места для проживания, чем это. Если у вас есть возможность, то бронируйте номера заранее, это один из лучших способов получить роскошный номер по оптимальной цене. Наслаждайтесь хорошим отдыхом!

Персонал! Милый и дружелюбный, особенно менеджер, мисс Дармали, которая успешно разрешила мои проблемы с бронью. Расположение отличное, но в центре Феникса нет ничего кроме театров.

Хотя отель и 4-звездочный, все равно нужен косметический ремонт. Коридоры первого этажа выглядят весьма удручающе.
