A security deposit of USD 100.00 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests must be 21 years of age or older in order to check in without a parent or official guardian. The credit card used for booking and a photo ID must be presented at check-in. If a guest is unable to provide the credit card, a credit card authorisation form must be sent to the property by the cardholder prior to check-in, or an alternative credit card must be presented along with a photo ID matching the cardholder name. Any advance deposit previously collected on the credit card used for booking will be refunded to the card on file and payment will be obtained on the credit card presented by the guest at check-in.
