Когда мы во время регистрации спросили о дополнительных подушках, мы услышали вот такой вот ответ: «у вас и так есть четыре подушки!». Просто немыслимо услышать такой ответ в любом другом месте! Стоявшая в номере мебель была старой и грязной. И на белых шторах на окне было огромное пятно! В ванной повсюду была плесень. Ужасно грязной была ванна. После длительного переезда мы просто мечтали попасть в чистый и уютный номер, но нас ждало полное фиаско! За завтраком продолжительное время не было молока, но об этом мы предпочли умолчать, а то опять бы услышали, что у нас достаточно молока!

Номера были чистыми, а вот наведению порядка в прихожих стоило уделять больше внимания.

В бассейне было очень холодно. Я пошел жаловаться хозяйке, на что она позвонила менеджеру, который сказал, что ничего не изменится, так как бассейн прогревается снаружи (что не имеет абсолютно никакого смысла, так как это крытый бассейн). Это место не слишком удобно: я останавливался в куда более хороших отелях за меньшую цену.
