Where do I start. We stayed in 535 -Lumpy Pillows - every single pillow was lumpy and uncomfortable. Hate to know how old they were. Pillows should be renewed regularly. -Uncomfortable beds with plastic water proof covers - there are covers that dont make plastic noises nowadays that are available -THE LOUDEST cracking pipes you will ever hear emanating from a place so close to your bed. It goes from about 6pm till early morning and will start up in the night and there is no sleeping through it. This needs to be fixed its affecting our right as guests for a peaceful (as peaceful as possible) stay in NYC. I am saying this so that hopefully the owners can fix these problems. It is not hard to cchange bedding and pillows to ensure maximum comfort to guests. All in all though it is a good location and if you would prefer a bigger room/good location with kitchen over comforts like beds and noises then go for it
