Расположение, размер номера, не много постояльцев

Мы заказали отель через интернет, но адрес, который был дан на сайте, оказался другим. Это надо исправить. Как следствие, мы не могли использовать наш GPS и потеряли два часа, кружа в поисках отеля. На приемной нам сказали, что это не их вина, - Правда? Если другой агент неправильно описал размер вашего номера, удобства или цены, я думаю, вы были бы, мягко сказать, рассержены. Также, хотя это не особо повлияло на нас, на сайте было написано что ресторан закрыт и не было ссылки на веб-страницу, просто неприлично, как вы рекламируете его…
