Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in. After booking, guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property management company electronically. If guests do not receive the agreement, please contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please note that the HOA is undergoing renovation, which includes painting the exterior and the balconies through the end of November. The balcony may not be accessible during this time. The hot tub, bar and restaurant are also undergoing maintenance at this time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of USD 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Larrowe Beach Rentals will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
