Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in. After booking, guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property management company electronically. If guests do not receive the agreement, please contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests do not have access to the on site mini-golf course or mini-water park across the street. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required. The host charges this 30 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Larrowe Beach Rentals will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
